One touch is all it takes to carry out a variety of tasks such as starting the motor and adjusting the cutting height or speed. But our favourite innovative and unique feature has to be that even the grass can be emptied at the touch of a button - that’s right, finger on button and whoosh! your grass is safely deposited wherever you want it to go. It sounds simple because it is - and this clever design is just a small part of what puts this Stiga Estate 798e in a class all of its own.
 
Expertly powered by the modern long-lasting STIGA ePower batteries, this Stiga Estate 798e can manage lawns of up to 7,000sqm, or around 110 minutes on a single charge. You’ll notice the absence of knobs and levers on the LED dashboard, these have happily been replaced by a simple to use electronic dashboard, meaning every control is now literally at your fingertips.
 
The unique Stiga electric powertrain and one pedal drive system work in harmony to take care of those larger gardens. You can also take advantage of the new Stiga smart cutting mode that allows you to choose from three different blade speeds to suit your task, boost, standard or eco (which uses 40% less energy) can be chosen at the touch of a button. The patented blade motors give a high performance and the seven electric cutting heights with continuous adjustment from highest to lowest in just five seconds, ensure a neat and precise cut every time.
 
This Stiga Estate 798e is an absolute dream to drive and a pleasure to own. Savvy phone users can even download the Stiga.GO app and from this you will be able to easily check on the efficiency and runtime on the go as you work, from your phone, thanks to the Stiga “Vehicle Management System” that performs constant diagnostics, records data and communicates with the handy Stiga.GO app to give you all the information you need as you work.
 
You can recharge the batteries in just 3.5 hours and of course the Stiga E power battery pack is tested to extremes to deliver market-leading performance even after 500 charging cycles (meaning almost 10 years of weekly usage, if maintenance and recharging are performed following the user’s manual). This outstanding lawn tractor from Stiga is quieter, easier to manage and easily outperforms it’s petrol counterpart on every level. There are no spark plugs to change or indeed air filters or oil to deal with, so this makes it incredibly convenient to own and there’s even a hose link so you can keep it clean and looking its best at all times.
